To come clean at once; I don't make music!
The name is Jonatan Nylander, born '86 and occupied in the north of Sweden. Been interested in the WWW since late autumn '02, and developed great interest in photographing during '05 as well.
I am currently recognized as a freelance photographer (though still enthusiastic) and freelance webdesigner, established by developing XHTML and CSS-based designs and layouts by following web standards, fought for by WaSP.
This website is the third version of my personal website called Studio Jr, where "Jr" refers to my nickname "jawrr" or simply "junior" which confirms this small "studio", and is revealed only as a simple portfolio this time. It's based on a newspaper-alike layout where the columns of sections (to the right) is structured to lay next to or beneath each other, depending on the resolution of a minimum of 800 pixels and a maximum of 1280 pixels.
» Checkbacks to former versions below...
First version is revealed as a simple image based on the illustration called Abstract Face, and has a middled/centered aligned layout.
Second.1 version is a complete personal online presence which has a brand new design and layout, presented in lovely PHP-dynamics by my dear friend and affiliate Steve Widinghoff. Above all, it contains a blog, portfolio, biography, guestbook and contactsection including a well constructed E-mail form, which I use here below as well.

During upper secondary school, my classmates Steve and Eric had noticed my new earned webdesigning skills, and asked me to design their site for a school project. This led me and Steve to establish a future partership in developing the web further on.
Comes most often with a website I've designed, when the client have done a request for some kind of identity.

Very simple and clean logo, developed in relation to the site Inovaplast.

Vectorized logo in two colors actually, both orange and violet, prepared for printing. Developed in relation to Inovacasa Pintura's site.

Playtime! Mostly stuff I've just done for fun, when feeling creative but don't got anything more importat to make of it.
Photomanipulation » Roadmaps
Manipulated photo from my studies to get a license for driving a taxi. Got a bit of that golden touch! No illustration, but I felt it fits best in to this section. Submition to Eroded Magazine, issue 19: Maps, Page 40-41.
Illustration » Morningview (060713)
Woke up one summermorning, and this was what I saw. Took a picture and converted to illustration, with a bit of that glowing touch to make it more dreamful.
Illustration » Misprinted Rainbow
Felt like creating something not to complex in my restlessness. A bit inspired by the colors of reggae, but noticed later on I got them backwards.
Illustration » Colliding Tones
Inspired by the group Khoma, who sings "colliding tones" in some song I think, and felt that the piano had just that feeling to it. Submition to Eroded Magazine, issue 3: Music.
Illustration » Eroded - 1 - 2
Supposed to be a submition to Eroded Magazine, but turned out to a disaster. Too much of that mumbo jumbo! Like the inverted one best though (number two).
Illustration » Happiness is for dogs
Worse ripoff of the lovely "De Niro" portrait below, though it stays true.
Illustration » Portrait
Urged by the succeed of the "De Niro" illustration, I thought I could continue that idea in a serie, but no go I suppose.
Illustration » De Niro
Believe it or not, this is Robert De Niro, and also one of my most satisfying illustrations! Supposed to be in vector but I made this very long ago when I barely knew what that was.
Illustration/Print » Abstract Face
First illustration ever made by me! Felt it turned out really good for a newbie, and thinking about getting it into vector and printing it onto a shirt maybe.
Powered by Oberkampf™. I can now show thumbs of my recently added photos, directly from my photostream at the lovely Flickr. Simply enjoyable!
